Mission Ready Packages

A Mission Ready Package (MRP) is a FEMA-defined, self-contained set of equipment built to deliver one response capability. They are the operational building blocks behind everything Safe Industries Emergency Response puts in the field. Start with the capability you need.

Two Ways to Get It

A game of hours, not weeks
Path 1

Own It

Buy the Mission Ready Package. Kitted, maintained, and on the shelf. In-stock gear ships in 4 to 6 hours, not days.

  • In stock ships in hours, while you're already wheels-up
  • Replace what you burned on the last deployment
  • Buy ahead so your primary cache never has to leave home
Speed is the moat. Competitors can copy a price. They can't copy it being on our shelf and on a truck the same day you call.
Path 2

We Deploy It

Don't buy anything. We own the cache. We bring it, set it up on scene, run it, maintain it, and take it back.

  • Your primary cache never leaves the wall
  • No replacement math, no resupply gap, no exposure at home
  • We handle the logistics. Your operators just operate.
The most capable logistics team on the planet, so the only thing your people carry is the mission.
Project Cache understands. Safe Industries delivers.

We bring it. We set it up. We take it back.

Project Cache is where you understand what a capability requires, down to the line item. Safe Industries Emergency Response is the logistics arm that makes it real: owned or sourced, staged on the shelf, transported to the disaster, set up and maintained on scene, then recovered when the mission is done. One partner, from understanding to deployment to demob.

What Safe Industries handles
  • Equipment sourcing & strategic procurement
  • Mission Ready Package assembly & warehousing
  • Transportation to the staging site
  • On-scene set-up, maintenance & operation
  • Teardown, recovery & return

How it works · Understanding to delivery

Build a
Capability.

A capability is a job you need done in a disaster: rescue people from water, restore communications, cut into collapsed concrete. Project Cache helps you understand exactly what that takes. Then you get it your way, own it on the shelf, or have Safe Industries deploy it for you. Three steps.

1
Choose

Choose the capability you need

Tell us the job, not the part number. Water rescue. Mobile command. Structural collapse. Project Cache translates the capability into the equipment that delivers it.

Get it, your way

Own it, or have us deploy it

Own it: buy the package kitted and on the shelf, ready to move. Or we deploy it: we own the cache, bring it, set it up on scene, run it, and take it back. Your operators just operate.

Safe Industries
Emergency
Response.

Project Cache helps you understand a capability. Safe Industries Emergency Response is the logistics arm that fields it. We bring it, set it up on scene, run it, maintain it, and take it back. The most capable logistics team on the planet, so your operators do one thing: operate.

What we handle

01

Equipment Sourcing

If we don't own it, we find it. The right item, to the FEMA spec, from a vendor we already know.

02

Strategic Procurement

Quotes pulled, contracts managed, pricing held. The buying complexity never reaches you.

03

Package Assembly

Line items become a complete Mission Ready Package, built, inventoried, and ready to deploy.

04

Vendor Coordination

Ten suppliers become one relationship. We hold the vendors so you hold one number.

05

Warehousing

Packages staged and maintained across the footprint, ready before the grid drops.

06

Transportation

From the shelf to the staging site to the field. We move it and we account for it.

07

On-Scene Set-Up

We stand the capability up where the disaster is, configured and running, before your people touch it.

08

Maintenance & Operation

We keep it running for the length of the mission so your team stays on the mission, not the gear.

09

Teardown & Recovery

When it's done, we break it down, recover it, and take it home. No demob burden on you.

10

Disaster Logistics

The coordination behind it all, integrated into your incident command, managed to the ground.

Why this exists

A team should never go to zero to answer a call.

This started with a hard truth from the field. Teams load their entire cache, fly it to a foreign earthquake, and then do the math on the ground: how long to replace what they burn through, what they have to leave behind, and how exposed they are back home for the next call. The mission shouldn't cost you your readiness.

Project Cache and Safe Industries close that gap. Buy a Mission Ready Package and replace what you spent, or buy ahead so your primary cache never leaves the wall. Or don't spend your own gear at all. We bring a kitted package, run it on scene, and take it home. Either way, you answer the call without going to zero.

Path 1 · Own it

We own it, or we find it

Buy the package and it's yours, kitted and on the shelf. If we own it, it ships. If we don't, we source the vendor, pull the quotes, manage the contract, and stage it. Speed is the moat: a competitor can copy a price, not a package already on our shelf.

Path 2 · We deploy it

You operate. We do the rest.

You buy nothing. We own the cache, transport it, set it up on scene, maintain it for the length of the mission, and recover it after. Your primary cache never leaves home and your people carry nothing but the mission.

Deploy without going to zero.

Own the package, or have us deploy it for you. Either way, answer the next call without gutting your own readiness.
